Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Health & Safety Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplements. All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Returns are not accepted for incorrect addresses, misuse, or change-of-mind purchases. If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not offer returns or refunds for claims of non-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Serena Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at serenawellnesscontact@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
🔄 Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing based on the selected delivery frequency.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
💸 Subscription Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped, including cases where the customer forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to the next billing cycle.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used supplements. This policy ensures the safety and quality of all products for our customers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
